PSoftPros Salary Survey
The PSoftPros PeopleSoft Salary Survey was conducted by
PeopleSoft Professionals in the US and from around the world. All of our survey participants came
directly from the PSoftPros network including our newsletter
subscribers.
The goal of this survey was to obtain salary and other
compensation information for the PeopleSoft industry. We tried to
obtain enough information to provide the average salary information
by region, job function, position, and years experience. Specific
questions included:
- What is your Position Type?
- What is your Job Function?
- Do you have PeopleSoft Certification?
- How many years have you been in the PeopleSoft Profession?
Of the PeopleSoft professionals working in the PeopleSoft industry who participated in the survey, over 38% are
consultants and the rest are full time employees and over 80% are from the United States.
Of the
professionals surveyed:
- The overall average salary was
$102,000.00
- The overall average bonus was
$15,126.00
- Over 50% had more than 5 years
of experience using PeopleSoft
- 24% have PeopleSoft
certifications
